Job Description:

Join the team as a highly skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse on a 13-week night shift contract at our Rochester facility. This role is perfect for RNs comfortable with phlebotomy and IV placement, as these are key skills required for all staff. You'll be responsible for managing patients with conditions such as acute respiratory failure, CHF, COPD exacerbation, pneumonia, and sepsis, often using equipment like BIPAP, CPAP, ventilators, and managing airway needs, all while working alongside dedicated PCTs. Expect to handle patient ratios of roughly 6-7 to 1 during night shifts and contribute to critical responses like rapid response teams and dysrhythmia management. The workload involves charting primarily on Epic, with a focus on patient stability and safety during overnight hours. This assignment offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in a busy, fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same, and every shift offers a chance to make a difference.
