Job Description:

This 26-week contract offers an opportunity to work night shifts as a travel healthcare professional in Burlington, Massachusetts. You'll be stepping into a role that demands expertise in titrating pressors and Epic experience, ensuring smooth operations during your 12-hour night shifts. Expect to float across various units such as ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and boarding units, with ratios between 1:3 and 1:5. This assignment is perfect for seasoned professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy a bit of variety in their daily routine. Every other weekend will be a work day, with floating occurring in 4-hour blocks, providing flexibility. A Level 1 trauma background is preferred, or required if no prior travel experience is available. It's a great chance to challenge your skills and grow in a stimulating setting.
