Join us for a 13-week travel nursing opportunity on a Neuro Progressive Care Unit in Fort Myers, FL. This role is perfect for experienced neuro nurses who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are comfortable floating across the neuro floor, including stepdown and PCU areas. Expect to handle patient ratios of 1:4 to 5, with a focus on neuro-specific care such as reading EKG rhythms and managing medications like Cardene and Cleviprex. The shift is 12 hours overnight, providing a unique chance to experience the calm and quiet of the night shift while making a significant impact in patient care. You'll work in a 52-bed unit that values teamwork, clinical expertise, and adaptability, with a patient-first culture that welcomes travelers as core team members.
