Job Description:

Join our team as a Pediatric CVOR Tech in Indianapolis, where you’ll be at the heart of surgical service excellence. This 13-week contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in an operating room setting focused on pediatric cardiovascular surgery, including high-risk cases like accreta and ectopic surgeries. With 8-hour days on a 3x12 schedule and an average of six cases daily, you’ll be hands-on with sterilization, scrub duties, high-level disinfection, and aseptic techniques. This role is ideal for experienced techs with at least one year of relevant background, especially those familiar with labor and delivery with OB and non-OB high-risk cases. An active NBSTSA certification, along with BLS, is required. The schedule involves blocked shifts with call requirements, providing a structured rhythm with meaningful impact. This assignment offers a chance to work in a busy, fast-paced environment where your skills contribute directly to critical surgeries.
