Join our team as a Med Surg Float Pool nurse in Philadelphia, providing vital patient care across multiple medical-surgical units. This flexible role offers the chance to work independently, float between all inpatient med-surg units, and gain versatile experience in a hospital that values adaptability and clinical judgment.
