Join our Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse in Charlottesville, VA, and experience the rewarding challenge of working across various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds med/surg, PACU, ED boarders, and postpartum. This role offers the chance to utilize your PICU and NICU expertise while floating between specialized environments, keeping the work engaging and diverse. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts with block scheduling, supporting a balanced work-life rhythm. Expect to work every other weekend and holiday, with some flexibility for time off after the initial transition.
