Job Description:

Join a pediatric critical care float pool as a travel Registered Nurse providing direct nursing care across critical care settings. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, assess and communicate changes in patient condition, carry out physician and nursing orders, coordinate care among multiple disciplines, and support discharge planning. The float pool structure offers variety from shift to shift, with each assignment bringing a new opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
