Job Description:

Join us as a traveling Registered Nurse in Louisville, Kentucky, for a 13-week contract that offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in patient care while experiencing a new community. This role involves overseeing a patient team, performing assessments, developing and adjusting care plans, and mentoring staff. You'll be working primarily day shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., with an occasional evening call shift on Fridays. The focus is on providing safe, effective, and family-centered care, emphasizing collaboration, education, and quality outcomes. Your expertise in emergency response, evidence-based practice, and team leadership will be vital to ensuring the best patient experiences and organizational success.
