Job Description

Join a 13-week travel contract as a Registered Nurse on a surgical acute unit in Peoria, Illinois. Working 12-hour night shifts from 7:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., you will care for post-operative surgical, trauma, and overflow medical patients while managing dressing changes, wound care, IV therapy, pain management, drains, NG tubes, central lines, and TPN. This assignment is a strong fit for an RN with post-operative experience, sound clinical judgment, and a practical team-first approach. BLS and an active Illinois license, or confirmation that the application process has begun, are required. Every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage are required; there is no call or standby requirement. Travelers may float to units matching their experience.
