Job Description:

Take your nursing expertise on the road with this 13-week travel assignment for an experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. You will care for primarily stroke patients, along with patients experiencing neurosurgical and neurological conditions such as epilepsy and traumatic or non-traumatic subdural hematomas.

This night-shift role requires at least two years of nursing experience, including one year of direct Med/Surg experience, and at least two successfully completed travel contracts. Responsibilities include IV starts, telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and Med/Surg neuro care. Floating to other Med/Tele areas, including possible COVID care units, is required. Nurses work every other weekend and may need to make up missed scheduled shifts. EKG testing is required before the assignment begins.
