Job Description

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a NICU Registered Nurse in San Diego, supporting critically ill newborns in a high-acuity Level 4 setting. This role is suited for an experienced NICU RN with recent Level 4 experience or strong surgical experience in a Level 3 NICU. You will care for complex neonatal cases involving oscillators, conventional ventilators, CPAP, specialty gases, PICC lines, Broviacs, UAC, UVC and PAL lines, trachs, ostomies, and G-tubes, along with pre- and postoperative care and multiple-drip line changes.

The schedule is flexible and may include days or nights, with 3x12-hour or 4x12-hour shifts. Each published schedule keeps you on the assigned shift, but future schedules may change between days and nights. Weekend flexibility is required, and floating within scope to PICU, CVICU, NICU satellite campuses, and sister facilities may be part of the assignment. First-time travelers with strong Level 4 experience are welcome. San Diego provides a sunny home base between shifts.
