Job Description:

Join a high-acuity Labor & Delivery team as a travel Registered Nurse caring for laboring, delivering, and immediate postpartum patients. You will independently manage routine and high-risk obstetric cases, interpret fetal monitoring, provide labor support, administer medications and IV therapy, and respond to obstetric emergencies. The assignment includes working across Antepartum and Labor & Birth, collaborating with obstetric providers, anesthesia, NICU, and interdisciplinary teams. Expect a team-based setting with opportunities to use strong clinical judgment while supporting approximately 8,000 deliveries annually.

Job Specifics:

Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Shift: 12-hour days, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., three shifts per week

Duration: 36 hours per week for 13 weeks
