Job Description

Join a 13-week travel healthcare contract supporting a high-volume Emergency Department in Independence, Missouri. This assignment is designed for an adaptable, team-oriented emergency healthcare professional who can stay positive and effective under pressure. Responsibilities may include IV starts, phlebotomy, cardiac monitoring and interpretation, and working with emergency department equipment such as cardiac monitors, EKGs, ultrasound equipment, rapid infusers, IO drills and Lifepak devices. Previous high-pressure or emergency medical experience is preferred. Required credentials vary by role and include BLS and CPI, with ACLS, TNCC, ENPC or PALS required as applicable. Calm under pressure is part of the toolkit.
