Job Description

Support the clinical and administrative operations of a hospital-based care program in Newberry, Michigan, as a contract Registered Nurse leader. This role oversees nursing services, supervises clinical and administrative staff, coordinates quality improvement activities, supports regulatory compliance, and helps guide staffing, budgeting, and operational planning. You will also participate in administrative on-call coverage and collaborate with staff, providers, residents, patients, and visitors. This assignment is well suited for an experienced RN with supervisory or management experience who can keep the clinical compass pointed in the right direction.
