Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment in Glendale, Arizona, offers the opportunity to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate direct nursing care for patients across 12-hour day shifts. You will develop individualized plans of care, monitor patient responses, administer care according to orders and nursing standards, document thoroughly, and coordinate with physicians, families, and the broader healthcare team. The role also includes patient education, discharge planning, delegation, and supervision of nursing support activities.
