Job Description:

This travel contract is for an Assistant Director of Nursing supporting adult psychiatry services in New York City. The role focuses on planning and developing programs that improve patient care and employee performance, monitoring care delivery with nurse managers, and helping coordinate corrective action when needed. You will also develop record-keeping processes for medication errors and counseling activities while supporting consistent nursing practices across the assigned units.
