Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a registered nurse supporting a medical-surgical telemetry unit in Conroe. You will care for adult patients, complete admissions and discharges, monitor telemetry, draw labs, insert IVs and Foley catheters, administer IV fluids and medications, and prepare patients for surgical and nonsurgical procedures. The assignment follows 12-hour day shifts and includes bedside shift report, daily charting, and huddles. Experience with Expanse and acute-care medical-surgical telemetry or stepdown settings is important for this role.
