Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment in Sun City West, Arizona, offers the opportunity to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care for adult patients during 12-hour day shifts. You will complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, administer treatments according to orders, coordinate with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and document each stage of care. The role also includes evaluating patient progress, revising care plans as needed, and providing direction to licensed and non-licensed staff. Nurses should be prepared for a hands-on setting that may require frequent movement, patient transfers, and close attention to changing patient needs.
