Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment supports an acute rehabilitation setting with a daily census of approximately 24–30 patients. You will provide rehabilitation-focused nursing care on day shifts, including telemetry monitoring, blood glucose checks, insulin protocols, central line and IV care, blood product administration, pulse oximetry, catheter removal, fall-risk prevention, and infection-control practices. The role includes working with patients requiring thickened liquids and specialized rehabilitation support. First-time travelers are welcome, and regular floating may be required within the nurse’s scope.
