Job Description:

Take on a 13-week travel assignment in a Level II trauma emergency department receiving STEMI and stroke patients. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts across the emergency department, caring for adult and pediatric patients in trauma, fast-track, triage, psychiatric, and emergency-hold areas. Common cases include chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, back pain, cough, alcohol detox, and other urgent conditions. The department also manages critical drips and provides exposure to a broad range of emergency presentations, with pediatric cases representing approximately 10% of the daily volume. Travelers may work in triage when comfortable and should be prepared to support emergency holds. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, CPI, ENPC or PALS, NIHSS, NRP, and TNCC.
