Job Description:

This travel assignment is for an experienced labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum registered nurse with at least three years of LDRP experience. You will care for antepartum, laboring, postpartum, and surgical patients, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and postpartum complications. The role includes triage, fetal monitoring, delivery support, recovery care, and the ability to scrub for obstetric procedures. Nurses must be comfortable titrating Pitocin, magnesium, and occasional insulin infusions, with additional exposure to hemorrhage medications and postoperative gynecologic care. The unit welcomes first-time travelers who can step in confidently, with two 12-hour unit orientation shifts and block scheduling considered.

Shift: 12-hour nights, with rotational scheduling and every third weekend
