Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel healthcare contract in Goldsboro, North Carolina, as a Surgical Technologist supporting operating room specialty services, including Labor and Delivery and Obstetrics. You will prepare and maintain specialty instruments, supplies, and surgical drapes; follow aseptic technique; perform surgical counts; assist with specimen handling; support surgeons during procedures; operate and troubleshoot operating room equipment; and respond appropriately to surgical emergencies. This assignment also includes case planning, room restocking, supply inventory, and mentoring surgical technician trainees. Block scheduling may be considered.
