Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment in Salem, Oregon, providing direct care as a Licensed Practical Nurse on a discharge-ready unit in a long-term acute care setting. You will support patients as they progress toward discharge, monitor their condition, administer treatments and medications within your scope, and help maintain continuity of care during overnight shifts. This assignment follows a 12-hour night schedule and includes weekday and weekend availability, with either every other weekend or a weekend day rotation.
