Job Description:

Join a travel nursing assignment in Chandler, Arizona, providing comprehensive care across the patient journey. You will assess physical and psychosocial needs, develop and update individualized care plans, deliver direct nursing care, administer care according to orders and standards, evaluate patient responses, and document each stage of care accurately. This 13-week contract features 12-hour day shifts and offers the opportunity to support patients and families while collaborating with physicians and the broader healthcare team. Your clinical judgment will help guide safe care, education, discharge planning, and continuity from one shift to the next.
