Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel contract as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in San Antonio. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, care for patients requiring telemetry observation, manage IVs, lines, and drains, and support recovery following cardiac catheterization, pacemaker procedures, and vascular surgery. This assignment features 12-hour night shifts, every-other-weekend scheduling, some holiday coverage, no call, and a floating policy. The unit uses Meditech documentation and emphasizes bedside shift report, hourly rounding, communication boards, AIDET, and patient de-escalation techniques.
