Job Description:

This travel assignment is for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse supporting orthopedic-heavy surgical cases in a teaching and community hospital setting. The role includes general surgery, endoscopic procedures, and orthopedic cases, with additional exposure to specialties such as gynecology, plastics, podiatry, robotics, and urology. You will work three 12-hour day shifts, assist with approximately 15–20 cases per day, and participate in holiday and weekend call. Travelers are also expected to help precept and orient new staff and travelers. Scrubs are provided, scheduling is self-selected and balanced by the OR lead, and floating may be required.
