Job Description

Join this travel assignment as an Operating Room Registered Nurse supporting a broad range of surgical services in Polson, Montana. You will rotate through the surgery department’s pre-op, post-op, circulating, PACU, and endoscopy areas, with cases spanning OBGYN, orthopedics, GI/general surgery, ENT, pain, and dental procedures. The role may float between units and uses Epic for documentation. Your OR passport may get plenty of stamps across specialties, making this a well-rounded assignment for an adaptable surgical nurse.

The standard schedule is five 8-hour day shifts, with a possible four-day, 10-hour schedule depending on operational needs. Weekend coverage is required on a rotating basis, generally every third or fourth weekend. Variable call is also required, including weekend and night coverage for approximately eight shifts per month.
