Job Description:

Support surgical and perioperative services on a 13-week travel healthcare contract in Bend, Oregon. You will prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot anesthesia machines, monitoring devices, delivery systems, specialty carts, and supplies for routine and complex surgical cases. Working under the supervision of licensed anesthesia providers and registered nurses, you will help ensure equipment is ready before, during, and after anesthesia across operating rooms and other supported procedural areas. Responsibilities include equipment checks, cleaning and disinfection, inventory management, first-level maintenance, emergency cart readiness, documentation, and assistance with pressure monitoring, autotransfusion, and laboratory functions. Your work helps keep each case organized, safe, and ready to proceed—often before the first monitor comes to life.
