Job Description:

Join an engaging stepdown cardiac neuro unit on a night shift, where you'll focus on post-procedure cardiac patients including those with stents, pacers, ICDs, and interventions. Your responsibilities will involve interpreting tele/12-lead EKGs, caring for STEMI and NSTEMI cases, managing neuro conditions such as CVAs, seizures, and TBI, as well as initiating and titrating various drips like Cardizem, Amio, and Heparin. Expect to perform critical assessments and contribute to sepsis management, chest tube care, and PIV insertions. Throughout your shift, you'll work alongside a dedicated team on a busy but supportive 19-bed unit that values experienced and confident clinicians who thrive on critical thinking and rapid decision-making.
