Job Description:

This NICU transport role offers an immersive experience working with neonatal critical care in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. As a neonatal transport specialist, you'll be responsible for managing sophisticated ventilators such as Hamilton cross vents and TXP systems, ensuring safe and effective transfer of fragile neonatal patients. Your routine will involve advanced airway management, ventilator troubleshooting, transport physiologies, and equipment security during ground and air transfers. Expect to coordinate closely with teams across facilities, performing procedures like airway stabilization, line placements, and point-of-care testing, all while maintaining safety and infection control standards.
