Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse role places you right in the heart of a specialized Shock Trauma PACU, a bustling 12-bay unit that operates around the clock to manage traumatic injuries and complex peri-anesthesia care. You'll be responsible for assessing and caring for adult and geriatric patients recovering from surgery or trauma, with duties including ventilation management, vasopressor titration, blood product administration, and fluid resuscitation. The shifts are 12 hours, alternating between day and night, with a mix of scheduled weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities. It's a fast-paced environment demanding technical proficiency and adaptability, perfect for those who thrive on clinical challenges and professional growth.
