Job Description:

Join a high-energy MedSurg/Telemetry unit at a renowned Level 1 Trauma Teaching Hospital, where you'll manage a diverse caseload including post-op patients, trauma fractures, and acute or chronic illnesses. This 13-week assignment features 12-hour day shifts, allowing you to experience the fast-paced flow of patient care in a setting that truly values teamwork and clinical expertise. You will be responsible for wound care, cardiac monitoring, IV management, and coordinating discharge planning, all while utilizing advanced equipment like telemetry monitors and glucommander insulin drips. The role offers a chance to sharpen your trauma nursing skills and work alongside dedicated support teams, including resource and discharge nurses, within a bustling hospital environment.
