Job Description:

Join us as a registered nurse on a Medsurgical unit that offers a variety of patient cases, from chronic illnesses like COPD, Diabetes, and CHF to acute procedures such as colonoscopies and minor surgeries. You'll perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, manage IV medications and equipment like feeding tubes and chest drains, and communicate with a multidisciplinary team—all while utilizing EPIC electronic records and other advanced tools. This role features floating within medical units, providing diverse experiences alongside a dedicated team in a facility that values seasoned professionals who bring at least 1.5 years of quality Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary hospital experience. Expect to work 12-hour daytime shifts, three weekends every four weeks, with a patient ratio of 1:5-6. Dress in Caribbean Blue scrubs and engage in thorough orientation, including hospital and Epic-specific training, to get you ready for this rewarding assignment.
