Job Description:

Join a new neuro stepdown unit as a Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse, where you'll be integral to caring for patients recovering from strokes, neurosurgery, or post-thrombolytic treatment. This role requires managing vasoactive medications, ventilated patients, and external ventricular devices within a fast-paced, high-level trauma and teaching hospital. Shift work involves three 12-hour nights per week, offering a steady rhythm for your schedule. This assignment is perfect for experienced nurses ready to dive into a specialized neuro unit, with the opportunity to float within the scope of acute care as needed. Prior Epic experience is a plus, but not mandatory. This is your chance to expand expertise, work in a magnet facility, and enjoy a dynamic environment that challenges and rewards in equal measure.
