Job Description:

Join us as a step-down Registered Nurse in a hospital setting that offers a unique opportunity to work in a critical access facility with a cozy, community-focused environment. You will be responsible for providing care primarily in the Med/Surg and Step-Down units, focusing on a variety of procedures like central line insertions and chest tube placements. This role requires you to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, delivering compassionate patient care while adapting to the needs of the facility. Your scope of work will sometimes involve floating within current guidelines, ensuring flexibility and teamwork are at the core of your daily tasks.
