Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Labor & Delivery RN in a vibrant healthcare setting where you'll experience the rhythm of rotating 12-hour shifts, primarily during nights or days, with every third weekend off. In this role, you'll assist in caring for mothers and newborns through various stages such as antepartum, labor, postpartum, and in the special care nursery. This unique assignment offers hands-on experience with infants requiring IV starts and high flow oxygen, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a difference during some of the most important moments in families' lives. The facility's 6-bed LDRP unit is designed for comprehensive maternal and neonatal care, and you’ll be an essential part of ensuring smooth patient journeys from diagnosis through delivery and postpartum recovery.

Location: Monticello, Minnesota
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (0700-1930 & 1900-0730)
Duration: 13 weeks with an estimated weekly gross of $2,076.93 and a commitment of 36 hours per week
