Job Description:

Join our team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in a renowned Magnet and Teaching Hospital located in St. Louis. This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to work in a Level I Trauma Center with 1,266 beds, focusing on telemetry and step-down units. You will be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, managing EKGs, and administering cardiac drips during overnight 12-hour shifts. The role requires experience with telemetry, ability to handle cardiac protocols, and flexibility to float within scope as needed.
