Job Description:

Join a renowned academic medical center in Winston-Salem as a NICU RN Manager on a 13-week contract. You'll lead nursing teams during 12-hour night shifts, managing complex neonatal cases including pre/post-surgical infants, ventilated patients, and those requiring specialized feeding and venous access. This role offers a chance to influence clinical practice within a level 1 trauma designated hospital that handles a diverse range of neonatal conditions.
