Job Description:

Join a reputable academic medical center in Winston-Salem as an NICU RN Manager for a 13-week contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and support a specialized neonatal intensive care unit, overseeing care for infants from 23 weeks to term while managing complex cases including surgical needs, ventilator management, and advanced infant support. The nurse manager will coordinate daily operations during 12-hour night shifts, working alongside experienced charge RNs and a supportive team of assistive staff.
