Job Description:

Join this rewarding travel assignment as a PACU Registered Nurse, where you'll dive into the fast-paced environment of post-anesthesia care. You'll be responsible for monitoring adult patients recovering from surgery, managing vital signs, and ensuring a smooth recovery process. The role involves working in the Pediatric PACU setting, with responsibilities including Phase I and II recovery, as well as pre-post operative care. Expect a mix of evening and night shifts, with 4 consecutive 10-hour shifts per week. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to apply high acuity PACU skills, including ICU experience, in a role that emphasizes precision, quick decision-making, and team collaboration. Prepare to pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam, and demonstrate proficiency in ACLS, BLS, and PALS to succeed in this position. If you're comfortable floating to ICU areas when needed and have at least two years of relevant experience, this could be your next great travel adventure.
