Job Description:

Join our emergency room team in Bismarck, North Dakota, for an engaging 13-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers the opportunity to be immersed in a busy ER, handling an average of 50-60 patients daily, from pediatrics to geriatrics. You'll assist with a variety of diagnoses including trauma, strokes, STEMI, and respiratory issues, frequently managing critical care drips like vasopressors and heparin. The environment features a dedicated triage area, verticle flow zones for stable patients, and a psych room with security in-house 24/7. You'll coordinate with MDs, manage patient throughput, and carry out routine tasks such as ekg interpretation, vitals, and lab draws, all while utilizing your emergency experience. This assignment keeps you busy, but also offers a chance to refine your skills in a fast-paced, supportive setting—perfect for those who thrive under pressure and enjoy the camaraderie of a well-coordinated team.
