Job Description:

Join our team as an L&D RN for a rewarding birthing pavilion assignment where you'll experience the energy of a busy maternity ward. You'll be responsible for providing direct patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages, ensuring safety and comfort for mothers and newborns alike. This role combines clinical expertise with a touch of camaraderie, as you'll work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule, navigating a facility with 21 rooms dedicated to childbirth. The setting offers a lively atmosphere shaped by approximately 1,300 deliveries annually, with staffing aligned to AWHONN guidelines to support both routine and high-risk cases. Expect a mix of active labor monitoring, medication administration, and emotional support, all within a hospital celebrated for its focus on safe, family-centered birthing experiences.
