Job Description:

This contract position is ideal for experienced cardiothoracic surgical technologists skilled in Coronary Artery Bypass Graft and Valve Replacement procedures. You will be supporting surgical teams during complex cardiac surgeries in a vibrant hospital setting. Your role will include preparing operating rooms, assisting during procedures, and ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready and sterile. The schedule offers either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour shifts, with call coverage that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays, providing a well-rounded experience in a high-stakes environment. Candidates must be proficient in cardiac surgical techniques and hold CST certification or military training credentials.
