Job Description:

Join a busy emergency room team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Columbia, South Carolina. This contract offers a chance to practice in a community hospital setting with a focus on acute patient needs. Your role will involve providing critical care during nighttime shifts, working 3 days a week from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. in a 14-room ER with a dedicated resuscitation area. You'll be responsible for managing 1:5 patient ratios, utilizing your experience with Epic electronic charting, and adhering to protocols that keep patients safe and secure. This assignment is ideal for experienced ER nurses eager to bring calm to chaotic situations and demonstrate their skills in a fast-paced environment. No floating within scope is required, but your flexibility and proficiency with community hospital procedures are key to success here.
