Candidates should have at least two years of ER experience, a NH or compact state license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Prior travel experience is a plus, and you'll need to be separated from any previous BILH assignments for six months. Be prepared for guaranteed 72 hours every two weeks, with the possibility of working 36 or 48 hours based on departmental needs. You'll also have the chance to contribute during high-energy night hours, making a difference when most of the department's action occurs.
