Job Description:
Join a dedicated Labor and Delivery team in picturesque Steamboat Springs, Colorado, for a 13-week travel RN contract. This role focuses on providing expert circulator support during C-section procedures and managing labor and delivery processes on a 10-bed unit that balances both L&D and postpartum care. The shift runs overnight, 3x12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, offering a unique opportunity to experience the tranquility of Colorado’s serene nights while making a significant impact in patient care. Your responsibilities include assisting with clinical leadership, supporting new RNs, and ensuring smooth operations during high-energy shifts. Candidates must be prepared for the nuances of labor and delivery, with specific certifications, including AWHONN Intermediate, NRP, ACLS, and BLS, in hand before starting. Having at least two years of experience as an RN and circulator credentials for C/S are essential.
