Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse specializing in orthopedic and neuro spine care in a fast-paced med-surg unit. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts, where you'll be responsible for managing patient pain and monitoring post-surgical recovery. Your expertise with IV starts, telemetry, and orthopedic procedures will be essential to providing high-quality care. Expect a patient load of approximately 5-6 patients, with some flexibility during extreme staffing needs. This assignment is perfect for nurses comfortable floating to other units and adhering to a rigorous schedule, including every other weekend. Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment focused on patient recovery after surgery, with a team dedicated to efficient and effective care delivery. No onsite RTO is permitted after booking, and travel experience with Epic systems is accepted, even for first-time travelers.
