Job Description:

Join a specialized inpatient care unit focused on innovative models of healthcare delivery. As a registered nurse on this unit, you'll be responsible for providing care to adult medical-surgical patients, working within a primary nursing care model with patient ratios typically between 1:4 and 1:6. Your role will include floating within scope to various units such as neuro, trauma, and observation, adapting to the hospital’s dynamic staffing needs.
