Job Description:

This travel ER RN position in Carlsbad offers a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, with floating and call responsibilities included. You will be the frontline responder in a Level 3 Trauma Emergency Department, managing a patient ratio of 4:1. This role requires quick thinking, thorough assessments, and efficient communication, all while navigating the busy environment of an emergency room.
