Job Description:

Join a flexible RN float pool where you'll navigate between various medical and surgical units in an engaging assignment that keeps your skills sharp and your days varied. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, gaining experience across departments such as the Medical Unit, Laulima Surgical Unit, and occasionally the Cardiovascular Unit. The role offers the opportunity to handle procedures involving Meditech EMR, pyxis medication dispensing, wound vac management, and chest tube management. With this assignment, you'll step into a role that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and the ability to adapt to different clinical environments. Professional attire is essential, and orientation is provided for each unit to ensure smooth onboarding. While hours are scheduled at 36 per week, flexibility is key, and hours are not guaranteed beyond scheduled shifts. This position is perfect for a dedicated nurse looking to diversify their experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
